The Larreth Jimu Show — building a 26.5M-view personal brand from zero
We built and run the content engine behind Melsoft founder Larreth Jimu's personal brand — 26.5 million video views and 111K followers in twelve months — proof that we don't just advise on audience growth, we've done it.
Anyone can claim they “understand content.” Far fewer can prove it. We set out to build a personal brand for Melsoft's founder from a standing start — not as vanity, but as a working business engine: a top-of-funnel audience that builds authority, generates inbound, and opens doors to the executives and clients Melsoft wants to reach. The bar wasn't “post consistently.” It was build a real, measurable audience in a crowded market — and make it convert.
We engineered a content system, not a posting schedule. From roughly two hours of studio time a day, we produce 40-plus pieces of content a week across a 15-format framework — founder diaries, tactical career content, behind-the-scenes building-in-public, repurposed long-form interviews, and the flagship Larreth Jimu Show. YouTube is the home; TikTok is the lead-generation engine; the formats are designed so one filming session feeds every platform. AI sits through the whole pipeline — ideation, repurposing, editing workflow — which is how a two-hour shoot becomes a week of output. The strategy is disciplined: each format has a job, the personal voice stays authentic, and the numbers are tracked like a P&L.
A full owned-media operation: the Larreth Jimu Show as the relationship-building centrepiece, a multi-format short-form engine driving reach and discovery, and a repurposing pipeline that turns every long-form conversation into dozens of platform-native assets. The whole system runs lean — high output, low input — because it was built around an AI-augmented production workflow rather than a bloated content team.
26.5 million video views, 111K followers, 1.1 million likes, and 151K profile views in a single year — an owned audience that now functions as a genuine business asset: authority, inbound, and access to the rooms that matter. It's the clearest proof we offer that Melsoft's Brand & Content practice can build an audience that doesn't just grow — it works.
We didn't hire an agency to build this — we built the agency that builds this. The same system that took my brand to 26 million views in a year is what we now run for clients.
